AI Transformation

Make your company more productive with AI.

A program to train your teams on AI, build the way your company works with it, and make these new habits part of their daily work.

The paradox

Is AI really saving your teams time?

Source: Banque de France, 20262026: 67% of companies use generative AI, but only 6% see a real gain from it.

Three colleagues in the same office, each at their own screen: ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude.

Everyone uses AI on their own.

When someone finds a good method, the rest of the team doesn’t benefit.

???

You don’t know how far AI can take you.

Your teams use AI as a better Google or to write emails. They miss tasks they could automate to save hours every week.

An Asian woman gets up from her desk, looking at her watch, one hand resting on her closed laptop.

You don’t have the time to really get into it.

Between meetings, client requests and emergencies, trying things out with AI always gets pushed back.

In practice

Move from an AI that answers you to an AI you hand work to.

Work that used to take whole days can now be done in a few hours.

For every team

For everyone

  • Before

You build each slide by hand, about 10 minutes per slide.

    After

You describe what you want to say. AI builds the slides in your brand style, the way you would have made them.

  • Before

You write every email from scratch and reread the whole thread to recall the context.

    After

AI drafts the reply from the thread and your files. You review it and send it.

Four stages

Making the change last

Training alone doesn’t change habits.
PreparationBefore kickoff

“What do we need to change here, and for what result?”

With your leadership team and department heads, we identify what is holding your company back and the tasks where AI can really help. You choose the priorities from concrete proposals.

We then lay the groundwork so AI can work with your information and act in your tools. Everyone knows what will change and what their role will be.

A whiteboard split into three columns: Priorities, Data, Operations.
Implementation2 months

“How do we hand work to AI and stay in control of the result?”

Your teams start with a real task, done with AI. They correct its mistakes, then save the method to reuse it. The next time, AI does the task and they check it.

As the results become reliable, they hand it more work. Training sessions and one-on-one sessions help them build these methods on their own work, with us at their side.

“How do we keep the gains and keep improving on our own?”

The first uses become habits. We track how they are used and the gains they bring, then help the teams solve the difficulties that remain.

In each team, a named champion gradually takes over to support their colleagues. The goal: your teams know how to improve their methods and hand new tasks to AI without waiting for us. At the end of the program, we check this autonomy with you.

A woman shows something on her laptop to a colleague. Both are smiling.
Ongoing supportEvery year

“How do we stay up to date when the tools and our priorities change?”

AI tools change every month. Your teams don’t have to keep up with the news: we share what is useful for your company, and how to make the most of it.

An employee leaves, another joins, a tool is replaced: we train the newcomers and give you the support you need to adapt.

Our 4 commandments

  1. One AI account (Claude/GPT/…) per person. Your conversations are not used to train the models.

A GDPR agreement is signed with the provider. An administrator at your company manages access. We help you set up the accounts.

  2. Your AI policy states which data can go into AI.

We ask the questions, you decide, your lawyer or legal counsel signs off.

  3. AI is only connected to the tools it needs, read-only whenever possible.

On Claude, we also turn off sending your feedback to the provider.

  4. We hand you an export of your data. We delete our copy four months after the contract ends.

You keep read access for three months.

Before you start

Questions we often get.

My teams aren’t technical. Is that a problem?

No. AI speaks plain English, and it is the first technology that can explain how it works by itself.

The training is closer to a communication course than to a technical one.

What if some employees don’t want to get on board?

Resistance mostly comes from two fears: that the time saved turns into more work, and losing one’s job.

Before kickoff, you decide what you commit to doing with the time saved, and you announce it to your teams. We also identify the people whose expertise becomes commonplace with AI, and give them a role in the change.

One-on-one sessions are also planned to support those who fall behind.

My teams are already stretched. Where will they find the time?

Training and one-on-one sessions add up to 7.5 hours per person over the whole program, no more.

From session 1, the training includes workshops to automate the tasks that take them the most time, to get them out of “firefighting mode” as quickly as possible.

Which AI providers are compatible?

The program works with any tool that lets you connect your other tools and create reusable instructions.

Today, that includes Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini and Mistral. Contact us if you use another one.

Can our OPCO fund the program?

Yes for the training sessions, since we became Qualiopi certified. Under 50 employees, your OPCO (French training fund) can cover them from its statutory funds. Above that, it depends on your OPCO’s funds and collective programs: we look into it with you before we start.

Can AI do my teams’ work from day one?

No. To control what AI produces, you first have to show it how you work. That takes time. After a few weeks, though, you can automate a large part of what you do and still be sure AI does it correctly, because you showed it how first.
