Use of this website implies full and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of use. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. The website is normally accessible at all times, except during periods of technical maintenance. The website is updated regularly by Sophian Petitprez.

3. Description of Services Provided

The purpose of this website is to provide information about all of the company’s activities. Stride-up strives to provide accurate information, but cannot be held liable for any omissions or inaccuracies. The information is provided for informational purposes only and is subject to change.

4. Contractual restrictions on technical data

This website uses JavaScript. Stride-up shall not be held liable for any property damage resulting from the use of this website. Users agree to access the website using up-to-date, virus-free hardware and a current web browser.

5. Intellectual Property and Counterfeiting

Stride-up owns the intellectual property rights to or holds the rights to use all elements of the website (text, images, graphics, logo, icons, sounds, software). “Any reproduction, display, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the website’s elements, regardless of the means or method used, is prohibited without the prior written consent of Stride-up.”

6. Limitations of Liability

Stride-up shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment while accessing the site, nor for any indirect damages such as loss of business. Interactive areas are available to users. “Stride-up reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content posted in this area that violates applicable French law.”

7. Personal Data (GDPR)

The processing of personal data is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and by Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, known as the “Data Protection Act.” The data controller is STRIDE-UP, which can be contacted at contact@stride-up.fr.

Data Collected and Purposes:

  • Browsing data: IP address, internet service provider, URLs of access links, pages viewed. Purpose: security, audience measurement, and website improvement. Legal basis: legitimate interest and, for non-essential trackers, consent.
  • Contact/Request Form: name, email address, and message submitted. Purpose: to respond to your request. Legal basis: precontractual measures and legitimate interest.
  • Newsletter: first name (optional) and email address. Purpose: to send you the Stride-up newsletter. Legal basis: consent, obtained via double opt-in (a confirmation email will be sent to you; your subscription is not active until you click the confirmation link). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in each email.

Recipients and subcontractors:

  • Brevo(Sendinblue SAS, 106 bd Haussmann, 75008 Paris): management of newsletter and email distribution. The data is hosted in the European Union.
  • Audience measurement and advertising tools: see Section 8, “Cookies and Trackers.” Some of these service providers may transfer data outside the EU, subject to appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

Retention period:Data on prospects and contacts is retained for 3 years from the date of the last contact; data on newsletter subscribers is retained until consent is withdrawn (unsubscription). Browsing data and cookies are retained for a maximum of 13 months.

Your rights:In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and transfer your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You may exercise these rights by writing to contact@stride-up.fr. You also have the right to file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

No personal information is published, exchanged, transferred, disclosed, or sold to third parties for commercial purposes without your consent.

8. Cookies and Trackers

A cookie is a file stored on your device when you browse the web. This site uses cookies and trackers that are strictly necessary for its operation, as well as audience measurement and advertising trackers that require your prior consent. Non-essential trackers are stored only after your consent has been obtained and may be declined without affecting your access to the content.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
