Every team member joins Stride-up with a structured onboarding to quickly grasp our environment, our ways of working and the agency's areas of expertise. It includes internal training, expertise-sharing sessions and job-shadowing days.

Every team member gets personalized support to progress at their own pace. Development areas are defined with the manager, covering technical skills as well as soft skills, with clear goals, regular feedback and a concrete view of the next career steps.

Every team member grows within a transparent framework with clearly defined levels, identified progression criteria and associated pay known in advance.

How do the career paths work?

When you arrive, we assess your technical level and your overall experience in the role. You choose between a management path or an expert path. It isn't set in stone: you can switch from one to the other along the way. That lets you focus on what you enjoy doing. For us, both paths carry the same value and therefore the same pay.

How much autonomy do the teams have day to day?

Teams have real autonomy in managing their topics and their clients. Everyone is encouraged to put forward their ideas, own projects and contribute concretely to the agency's development.

How does collaboration between the teams work?

Each team specializes in its own field. A large share of our clients work with us across several of the agency's services: so we create a lot of synergy between teams, from the audit through to project delivery, to maximize impact on client results and encourage exchange between areas of expertise.
