Every new employee joins Stride-up through a structured onboarding process designed to help them quickly understand our work environment, our work methods, and the agency’s areas of expertise. This includes internal training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and “walk-in-my-shoes” experiences.

How do career paths work?

When you join us, we’ll assess your technical skills and overall experience in the field. You’ll choose between a management track or a specialist track. This isn’t set in stone: you can switch between the two at any point along the way. This allows you to focus on what you enjoy doing. For us, both tracks are equally valued and therefore offer the same compensation.

How much autonomy do teams have on a day-to-day basis?

Teams have a high degree of autonomy in managing their projects and clients. Everyone is encouraged to share their ideas, lead projects, and make a tangible contribution to the agency’s growth.

How does collaboration between the centers work?

Each team specializes in its own area of expertise. Many of our clients work with us across multiple agency services; as a result, we create significant synergies between our divisions—from audits to project management—to maximize the impact on client results and foster collaboration across disciplines.
