Brik is a FinTech player that today offers solutions for rental investors.
We chose Stride-up because we felt they were much more responsive and hands-on, and perhaps a little less academic in their approach. And that's exactly what we needed!
What's important in management is the ability to go beyond the lead, so as to be able to correctly reallocate the customer's true sales and final value in all the decisions that will be taken.
If I have to sum it up, it's a good mix between consulting and operations. Honestly, I don't want to get my hands into the platform, I just want it to run smoothly. On the other hand, I need this input on the consulting side. It's much more collaborative.
We also entrust the creative side to the Stride-up studio. We've managed to reconcile the data with the creative side.
The first victory we achieved with Stride-up, at the launch of the collaboration, was to succeed in halving the acquisition cost for the historic product , while at the same time succeeding in increasing volume.
The first word that comes to mind is reactive. In our business, we can't wait more than 24 hours when we need to act on something. Interacting with complete transparency and trust. At the end of the day, I'm not going to be pushed to invest more, just to invest. It's really the human accompaniment that keeps me here today, and my trust is in people, not in technology or anything else.
